About Us
Our Mission at Fields of Dreams is to provide mentorship to middle school youth, 6th through 8th grade, in Lawndale, Gage Park, and New City. Through Comprehensive individualized support and participation in peer cohort activities, our holistic approach aims to promote their self-actualization and guide them in harnessing their power to make a transformation impact in their neighborhood and beyond.
